The HIV Support Centre is a well established charity working in the field of sexual health education and supporting people affected by HIV. We wish to recruit a Business Development Officer to assist in developing the capacity of the organisation to respond to need.

You will be educated to degree level, have a minimum of two years fundraising or marketing experience and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The position will be both challenging and rewarding with opportunities for growth within the organisation.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to represent an organisation at all levels.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. High level of computer literacy.
6. Innovative problem solver.
7. Excellent organisation and planning skills.
8. Minimum of two year’s fundraising or marketing experience.
9. Knowledge of a broad range of fundraising methods for use by a charity.
10. Education to degree level.
