Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To undertake receptionist duties.
To maintain diaries and arrange meetings and appointments.
To be responsible for the handling of general correspondence and typing of letters, reports, memos etc.
To compile and maintain appropriate filing systems, both manual and computerised.
To compile and maintain appropriate database systems.
To manage the compilation, copying and production of information and training materials.
To provide support for meetings including minute taking as required.
To arrange venues for training and other events
To undertake simple bookkeeping duties including record keeping and handling petty cash.
To be responsible for ordering of stationery supplies.
To contribute to the development of Centre for Independent Living – Belfast
To carry out other duties considered mutually reasonable by the post holder, Manager and the Management Board.
