Salary £38,000 - 41,000 per annum

Common Purpose is rapidly expanding with over 40 offices across the UK and an increasing presence internationally. Our aim is to give leaders from the private, public and community sectors the knowledge, networks and inspiration to produce change and shape the future of their cities and communities.

An exciting opportunity now exists for an entrepreneurial, motivated and persuasive individual, with experience gained in any sector, to lead our operations across Northern Ireland.

The Role: You will build and sustain relationships with key organisations, leaders and decision-makers across Northern Ireland, spotting opportunities and recruiting senior level participants from across all sectors to take part in our educational programmes. In addition to developing and delivering your own programmes, you will manage the small Northern Ireland staff team.


Your Profile: You’re ready to take the next step to fulfill your potential. Your confident communication skills and ability to inspire trust will immediately earn you credibility amongst leaders and decision-makers. You will readily apply your commercial experience (preferably including sales success) to building Common Purpose’s brand and profile across all activities in Northern Ireland.
