Groundwork Northern Ireland is an independent regional Trust, part of the Federation of 50 Groundwork Trusts, which operate across the United Kingdom, to create communities in which people are proud to live and work. Groundwork NI has grown significantly over the last ten years, it is a dynamic and fast-moving organisation with a varied and growing portfolio of regeneration projects across Northern Ireland and the border counties. We are seeking a Director for the organisation.

£53,962 - £56,965 per annum
Location: Belfast
This is a high-profile position that requires an individual who has proven leadership qualities and strong skills in communication and networking at a senior level.
The Director will lead the strategic direction for the organisation and build on the organisation’s significant growth and strong track record of project development and delivery.
They will continue to build robust relationships with key stakeholders including the new political administration in Northern Ireland.
Reporting to a non-executive Board, the person will need to demonstrate experience in corporate governance accountability, business development, and the financial expertise to manage complex and variable budgets.
