To facilitate the refurbishment of Conway Mill, coordinate and record project activities including Steering committee, practitioners group and related meetings; Liaise with tenants, contractors and local residents to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment during major refurbishment and implement relocation of tenants as necessary.
Must have: experience of project management; excellent oral and written reporting skills; excellent communication and negotiation ability; excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and finance packages.
