An exciting and challenging opportunity currently exists to play a key role in the development of Mayfield Village Community Association, Glengormley to provide support and improve community life for the residents within the local area.
Reporting to the Chair of Mayfield Village Community Association, the post holder will actively seek to engage the community in identifying issues affecting their lives, set goals for improvement and empower the community by promoting a participative process.
In addition the post holder will develop and lead a range of projects and programmes, identify and apply for funding and prepare reports and policies.
