The successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination, development and management of volunteering activity and opportunities within Age Concern North Down (& Ards)

Applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

• Experience of working directly with and supporting volunteers.
• Experience of recruiting and selecting volunteers within an equal opportunities framework
• Experience of facilitating and organising activities/meetings.
• Experience of supporting/delivering training.
• Good IT skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required to meet the requirements of the post.
• Clean current driving licence and access to a car for business purposes or access to a form of transport to enable travel requirements of the post to be met.
