Project: Managing Positive Change in rural Northern Ireland.
As part of our drive to help ensure the sustainability of rural community transport in Northern Ireland, we are recruiting a Rural Community Transport Liaison Officer, on a 12-month project, to support the work of the Rural Community Transport Partnerships (RCTPs).
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and providing relevant information to the project team; supporting the RCTPs in maintaining effective service delivery during the transitional period; helping to assisting RCTPs to think innovatively and improve performance and working environment; and helping to ensure that the work of other policy-makers and stakeholders is embedded into the activities of the RCTPs.
You will be required to liaise extensively with RCTPs management and staff and a range of stakeholders and servicing the project team in its role as the strategic lead for the project. You will also be working closely with the DRD officials responsible for the Rural Transport Fund programme.
