North Belfast Senior Citizens Forum (NBSCF) is seeking to fill the following position:
OUTREACH ADVICE WORKER (20hrs per week)
Working from our offices at 151 Cliftonville Road, Belfast
Salary £9,452 per annum
This post is initially funded to 3 August 2008
NBSCF is seeking to appoint an Outreach Advice Worker to offer pensions and benefits advice provision to older people and their carers in the North Belfast area.
Applicants should have a good standard of education; 5GCSEs or equivalent and at least one years experience in advice work in the last three years.
Applicants should also have good communications skills, access to transport, experience of using IT in advice giving and case recording and knowledge of the issues affecting older people and their carers.
