Employers For Childcare is a social economy business comprising a charity and a trading company. 100% of profit made from the administration of childcare vouchers is gift aided to the charity, to develop childcare services which benefit parents and employers across Northern Ireland.
Salary £26,835 - £28,919
We are currently located in Moira but will soon re-locate closer to Belfast.
We are expanding our existing team and have a range of vacancies on offer. Successful candidates will become valued members of a customer-focused team. They will have ample opportunity to show initiative and make an important contribution to a growing company.
Responsible for the day to day management of 12 staff, the management of all activities to meet customer requirements, the establishment and maintenance of information management, internal communication and quality assurance systems.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and a management qualification, or 5 years experience.
