Key 2 Project as part of ESH Ltd support and training services to single homeless and other excluded groups would like to recruit Relief Project Support Workers to cover sickness, holidays and maternity cover.

Relief workers will be employed on a casual basis/as and when required.

The Maternity cover will be for a 26 week period commencing 27 October 2008 and may be extended.

Contract Status: Casual
Salary: £8.39 per hour
Hours: As and when required

Essential Criteria:

• At least 1 years experience of working with diverse and vulnerable people within the last 3 years.
• 5 GCSE's (including maths and English)
• An additional qualification in a relevant field
• Proven ability in DTP/Word Processing and report writing
• Proven track record of motivating and providing support and training to vulnerable and excluded groups with complex needs
• Proven track record of having worked as part of a team
• knowledge of Suppering People Quality Assurance Framework desirable but not essential.

Summary of main duties and responsibilities:

• To provide and develop training, activities and support to people using the Key 2 Project.
• To Liase with residential projects, floating support projects and other support services to provide a support service to the people using the Key 2 Project.
• To identify support needs and action a support plan for the people who us the Key 2 Project.
• To identify and link with internal agency's support service provision, other education services, activities and other opportunities for people who use the Key 2 Project.
