Using solution focused approaches and activities to drive continuous improvements to the delivery and outcomes of a wide range of programmes and services, you will improve consistency across delivery locations through the sharing of effective practice and by introducing new ways of working.

Contract Status: Permanent subject to continued funding

Salary: £33,683 rising to £41,271 per annum (subject to review)

Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week (inclusive of meal breaks)

Location: Hydepark House, 54 Mallusk Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 4WU

Payment: Monthly directly into bank account (via BACS)

Holidays: 26 days on entry to grade plus 11 statutory days. Holiday entitlement increases after 3 and 5 years service

Pension Scheme: Contributory pension scheme. Employer contribution 6.5% employee contribution minimum of 3.5% of salary. Scheme membership includes additional benefits of Life Assurance and Permanent Health Insurance. Further details will be provided on selection.

Essential Criteria:

  • Candidates must hold a degree and/or a professional level qualification and have at least 3 years' experience in quality management / audit / business improvement / change management within the public, private, voluntary or community sectors
  • OR have at least 5 years' experience in quality management / audit / business improvement / change management within the public, private, voluntary or community sectors.
  • Candidates must also have experience of implementing and/or participating in quality assurance initiatives.
