Director of Programmes:

• to drive the development, promotion and implementation of support and capacity building programmes for members and community and voluntary organisations in general
• to drive the growth and development of The Wheel's membership-base to meet annual targets.

As the ideal candidate, you will

1. Have at least five years experience (paid or voluntary) in a training / capacity building / business development role.
2. Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Have a demonstrable track record in successfully managing and delivering projects.
