Essential Criteria, including:
• 3 years experience of design & delivery of training
• 3 years (within the last 5) of recruiting & selecting participants for training
• Level 3 training qualification or equivalent
• Relevant experience of working with people with learning disabilities within an ethos of empowerment
• Experience of accreditation processes
• Full clean driving licence;
• Computer literate to include the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet & Email
• Good organisational skills
• A flexible approach
• Excellent presentation skills
2 years fixed term contract
Hours: 37 per week (Monday – Friday). Salary £17,922 (hourly rate £9.31)
