Sessional Helpline Supervisors (Ref job S2)

Hourly Rate: £10.36
Hours: As and when required

The key purpose of this role will be to provide direct supervision as and when required to Parents Advice Centre’s Helpline Volunteers in one or more of the branches.

Essential requirements include

1. Experience of direct/first line supervision of staff and/or volunteers.
2. Experience of counselling skills practice and/or client-focussed support work.
3. Sound working knowledge of child protection, child development and positive parenting.
