The Project Co-ordinator will:
• Be responsible for the recruitment of participants and the day to day management of the 1825 Project’s CCM10 Project as well as the line management of one support worker.
• Develop the capacity of young people (aged 18 – 25 years) from disadvantaged backgrounds in Craigavon Borough, Cavan and Monaghan in order to guide them through a self-development and education/training programme incorporating the promotion of good relations and civic responsibility.
• Ensure the delivery of all training provided by external agencies/individuals and deliver training.
• Liaise with (and between) the Project Director, Management Team and Participants on the programme.
• Research and investigate potential further education/training/development opportunities for the participants and employment opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the participation of the young people participating and carry out all monitoring, evaluation and assessment of the programme as needed by the 1825 Project the funding body supporting the CCM10 Project and the EU Peace II Programme.
