This is a 3 year, Big Lottery Funded project, which aims to equip young men with the skills and confidence to build and maintain a positive relationship with their children. The manager will ensure the comprehensive delivery of a range of services for young parents.

• A 3rd Level qualification in a health, youth and community, social care or community development OR 5 years experience in a Community Development at least two of which are at senior level.
• 3 years recent project management/managerial experience within a community development setting.
• 3 years recent experience or working in partnership across a range of sectors.
• Holds a current full driving licence with access to a car (may be waived in the case of applicant whose disability prohibits driving, but is able to arrange suitable alternative arrangements).
