The Administrative and Finance Officer will be responsible for the day to day administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

These will include:

  • maintaining the NICRAS accounts, preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports for the Management Committee, monitoring spending under the various budgets, preparing the end of year accounts for auditing and payment of volunteer and other expenses
  • reception duties
  • maintaining spreadsheets and databases
  • maintenance of filing and other related systems
  • assistance in the organisation of events and activities
  • production of information and publicity materials.

Applicants should be educated to GCSE ‘O’ Level standard, or other country equivalent and will be expected to have substantial, demonstrable experience in the key areas of administration and, in particular, maintaining accounts.
