In this role you will be responsible for developing and delivering a volunteer plan for Help the Aged in Northern Ireland which will increase volunteer opportunities within the Charity. You will recruit volunteers from every walk of life to support us in our work for older people. Building on current opportunities, including our ICT training programme delivered by volunteers, you will work with a team to develop new and existing opportunities. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to engage with other voluntary and community organisations. You will also have demonstrable experience in managing volunteers. The role will require you to travel around Northern Ireland.
