Part-time Caretaker / Cleaner required evenings and weekends, 20 hours per week, £7.32 per hour.
Based in the Shaftesbury Community and Recreation Centre, Balfour Avenue, Belfast. The successful applicant will: open and secure The Centre, as required; keep the car park, grounds and Centre clean and safe; carry out minor repairs and maintenance; prepare rooms for use and clear away after use; receive visitors; answer telephone calls; and support visitors within The Centre.
The person appointed will have: proven skills and experience of minor repairs and maintenance; ability to manage potentially difficult people and situations; ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team; good interpersonal and communication skills.
