Applicants are expected to have the following:
  • A related third level qualification and three years full time paid or five years part time paid community development experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience of managing staff (including direct line management) and volunteers
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience of managing finance, developing and monitoring budgets, keeping records and making returns to funders or auditors.
