To manage, coordinate and supervise the Childcare Team within the organisation. To contribute to the development of a range of programmes and effectively implement them to meet the needs of children and young people. Facilitate training to enable individuals and organisations to understand the effects of domestic violence.

To provide care and support to children whose mothers are accessing services provided by Women's Aid Antrim, Ballymena, Carrickfergus, Larne and Newtownabbey. To contribute to the running of childcare facilities.
