Reporting to the Head of Fundraising (UK) your key role will be to provide data selections and undertake data analysis and reporting for the fundraising team.
Salary: £28,153 - £38,131
The Head of Consumer Support is a key position within our Senior Management Team and will lead a team that is the front-facing primary point of contact for consumer support and complaints handling.
Salary: £22,621 - £29,922
The Senior Consumer Affairs Officer within our Education Section will develop and formulate policy in relation to consumer skills. This is a fixed term appointment for 2 years.
Salary: £19,592 - £25,574
The Consumer Affairs Officer within our Water Section will contribute to Consumer Council policy, carry out research and promote policies with consumers in relation to water.
