Responsible for managing a comprehensive advice and information service on all aspects of childcare and work related issues. This service is aimed at colleagues, parents, employers and childcare providers.
Responsible for generating leads and winning new business by explaining to employers the benefits of childcare vouchers, and encouraging them to implement voucher schemes using the telephone, electronic communications and face to face meetings.
Responsible for coordinating all marketing and promotional activities, publicity, e-media and external communications.
Responsible for the day to day management of 12 staff, the management of all Employers For Childcare activities to meet customer requirements, the establishment and maintenance of information management, internal communication and quality assurance systems.
