
The Upper Springfield Development Company Ltd. require a full time Administrator to provide the required administrative / clerical support to the new Sure Start Project in the Upper Springfield/Whiterock/Falls Park area.

The Early Learning Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organising and implementing a stimulating and varied programme of play and education activities for children aged 0-4 and offer support, assistance and information to parents/carers which will enhance the quality of life of pre-school children within the Sure Start area.

The Creche Leader will organise and implement a stimulating and varied programme of play and educational activities for children aged 0-4 and will offer support, assistance and information to parents/carers. The successful candidate will also carry out any other duties which will enhance the quality of life of pre-school children within the Sure Start area.

The role of the Family Support Worker is to offer personal and practical support to families (children and their significant carers). In doing this the worker will carry out home visits and facilitate relevant activities in line with the Sure Start programme.

The Fathers Engagement Worker will engage fathers, fathers-to-be and male carers of children aged birth – 4 years to be actively involved in their children’s lives through support packages, activities, parenting support, advice and information to enhance the quality of life for pre-school children within the Upper Springfield/Whiterock/Falls Park area.

Footprints Women's Centre is seeking to appoint an external evaluator to research the work undertaken through the Positive Steps Programme. This Programme took place between May 2007 and June 2008 with a chort of 10 women receiving a package of training in Personal Development, ICT and Managment Skills.
