Lifestart Family Visitor

To invite parents to participate in the Lifestart Programme. To explain, deliver and implement the programme within the home setting on a monthly basis to facilitate the Lifestart parent Education Programme. Shadow Council Project Officer - £21,588.00 p/a

Compass Advocacy Network have been awarded 5-Year project funding from the Big Lottery Fund. The purpose of this grant is to create a Shadow Council of people with learning disabilities for the Causeway area. We are looking to employ a Project Officer to co-ordinate this project by holding independent elections to nominate and elect representatives for a period of 3 years. We aim to develop participants' confidence, self esteem and skills to enable them to engage in user-led, community beneficial actions as acts of citizenship.
