Our aim for the Building Change Trust, and for the work it supports, is to build the capacity of the voluntary and community sector by equipping it to meet the changing needs of disadvantaged communities in Northern Ireland.

Who will the programme benefit?
It is our intention that the Trust will provide a legacy that extends beyond the life and scope of our fundingand has a transformational impact on the Voluntary and Community Sector anddisadvantaged communities in Northern Ireland.
Who can apply?
We welcome proposals from organisations or partnerships. We are keen to encourage innovative partnerships between organisations or individuals working in different fields and across sectors i.e. voluntary and community, public or private sectors.
The process

The specification sets out guidance for potential applicants on the process we will use to select the successful candidate to create and manage the Trust Fund, the associated timeline and details of what to include in an initial proposal.
Proposals must be received at our Belfast Office by 5pm on Friday, 29 June 2007.
