To secure the establishment of a cross-country centre in Drumaroad in an effort to address education and to address individual and social needs by providing facilities for recreation or any other leisure occupation with the common object of improving the conditions of life for those who are disadvantaged in any way and promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Drumaroad and surrounding district without distinction of age sex race political religious or other opinion
