The session is fully participative using a mixture of input, discussions and questions and answer sessions with policy experts. The introduction to the day will focus on the current policy climate. There will also be input from experienced policy workers in the sector about what works and what doesn’t work.
This training is being delivered in partnership with North West Community Network
The training is aimed all at voluntary and community organisations. You should register to attend if your organisation has a policy role and you want to know how to do this more effectively, or if you have a limited policy capacity and want to find out about the policy development process with a view to getting more involved.
All courses run from 10.30am until 3.30pm, are free of charge and include lunch and all training materials.
The limit is 20 participants.
