There will be presentations and discussion on the following themes:

Guidance and Change: the role and response of guidance services to change in the European, UK and N Ireland contexts.
Structures and Strategies: the changing context in terms of skills, the economy and the public and voluntary sectors.
People and Organisations: the value and impact of independent guidance in supporting people and organisations coping with change.

The conference will also provide the opportunity to gain exposure to the main stakeholders involved in education and skills in Northern Ireland including business leaders, political representatives and education and skills policy makers.
