Signing up for CommunityBuyer
To register for CommunityBuyer just send an email to Frances McAtamney at NICVA who will be happy to take your details and register you on the site. You will have to agree to the Conditions of Advertising outlined below before we can list you on the site.
Conditions of advertising for all suppliers
CommunityBuyer is a directory of individuals and private, social economy and Fair Trade suppliers which provide products and services to the voluntary sector in Northern Ireland. The database is provided for information purposes only and the inclusion of any supplier in the directory does not constitute a recommendation by NICVA [and/or any of the organisations represented on the Site] unless otherwise stated.
As a supplier you will be responsible for providing NICVA with up to date and accurate information on your products and services; and encouraging your customers to comment on and rate the experience they have had with you. In return NICVA will moderate all comments before they become live and contact you to advise you of any negative comments. It will be your responsibility to resolve any issue you have with a customer.
Advertising costs have been set by NICVA to reflect the positions in the site and to encourage those within the voluntary and community sector to advertise their own social economy products and services as outlined in the advertising rates below.
If you do wish to advertise your products and services on CommunityBuyer you will be asked to provide us with the information requested in the CommunityBuyer registration form. You should advise us of any changes to that information by emailing admin@communitybuyer.org
As an advertiser on CommunityBuyer you must not use NICVA trade names, trademarks or service marks in its marketing literature unless NICVA has approved the material in writing.
