The Development Plan Report, 'Going Forward Together' contains the recommendations of a major evaluation of NICVA by KPMG and Colin Stutt Consulting in November 2002.
The evaluation was commissioned by the Department for Social Development, NICVA's core funder and key stakeholder.

- the voluntary and community sector
- NICVA the organisation.
NICVA’s Executive Committee has welcomed the report as an endorsement of the organisation's development in the last six years and as a good foundation to build on.
The recommendations will help NICVA to improve its efficiency and effectiveness so it can pursue its mission on behalf of the voluntary and community sector and the wider society in Northern Ireland.
