Ireland representing many cultures. In 2005, 46 musicians representing 11 countries met during the recording of the Motion Project CD. A revolving band now takes the music from the CD out live fusing all genres of music into a world live mix incorporating percussin workshops.
The Motion Project live is a rotating band of musicians representing many countries. Each set-up is tailored to each specific event and can include a selection of tracks from the Motion CD, solo and improvisation performances.
An average ensemble set-up would include 12 musicians representing many cultures playing instruments from around the world.
Smaller set-ups can involve anything from two-piece combinations.
Again we can tailor the style of music to cater for any audience; our website www.themotionproject.net contains more information and various sound clips.
Workshops: All Music, All Ages, All Abilities…
In addition to the live performance the Motion Project has partnered with Ossia music
