NICVA’s response to the Disability Discrimination (NI) Order 2006
NICVA welcomes the opportunity to respond to this consultation. We are broadly in favour of all the proposals contained within it, and welcome the fact that many of the areas left uncovered by previous legislation will now be covered, thus extending a wider range of rights to disabled people.
