Support for Victims and Survivors: Addressing the Human Legacy
In conclusion to my year as the Interim Commissioner for Victims and Survivors, I have now completed my report to the Secretary of State on what I have found and I have made a series of recommendations.
In a Judgement delivered on January 15, 2007 Lord Justice Girvan held that the post of IVC formally came to an end on 5th December 2006 by operation of Contract. This report is accordingly completed by me in a personal capacity and references in the text to the post of IVC should be read subject to this note.
