The Equality Commission has launched a public consultation on a draft Code of Practice on Equal Pay. The consultation will end on 7 March 2008.
The Equality Commission for Northern Ireland has launched a public consultation seeking views on its draft Code of Practice on Equal Pay.
The aim of the draft Code is to provide guidance to employers, advisers and employees on the scope of the law relating to equal pay, and on good practice in tackling the gender pay gap.
