BCM and Rethink are recognised for their investment in volunteers in Northern Ireland by the Volunteer Development Agency.

Belfast Central Mission and Rethink First for UK Standard

Local charities, Rethink and Belfast Central Mission, are the first two organisations in Northern Ireland to achieve Investing in Volunteers, a UK quality standard for volunteer management. The organisations were assessed against the 55 practices contained in the standard by the Volunteer Development Agency who co-ordinate Investing in Volunteers in Northern Ireland. five women
