Quality Support Programme- Invite to Tender

NBP now wish to appoint a suitably qualified individual / organisation or consortium to design and deliver a ‘Quality Support Programme’ for the community sector in North Belfast in order to raise standards of performance and practice and so contribute to sustainability.

In order to meet the challenge of regeneration and social development in a divided community, NBP want to offer local organisations an opportunity to develop a continuous improvement approach through participation in a structured support programme. This programme will focus on ‘Quality’ as a methodology to:

  • develop a culture of continuous learning, innovation and improvement
  • learn how to assess their strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • improve customer relationships and employee satisfaction
  • learn from sector leaders and world class organisations
  • share ideas and learn from best practice
  • improve performance (and where relevant productivity)
  • create a ‘competitive edge’ and be recognised as leaders in their field

The objective is to use the Quality approach, within the specific context of the community sector, to raise the performance of community organisations.

Closing date for receipt of completed tenders is 12.00 noon on Monday 13 November, 2006
