The Board of the Human Rights Consortium seeks to commission an external evaluator to conduct an evaluation of the Consortium’s work from July 2006 – July 2008. Overall, the evaluation should assess the extent to which the Consortium has met its aims and objectives. It should inform the ongoing planning and the nature of the Consortium’s approach and work as it rolls out. It should also identify opportunities for the further development and sustainability of the Consortium, and make other recommendations that arise from the Consortium’s work. An interim report, and a final evaluation report and summary to publication standard are expected at the end of the process.
