Peace II extension announced

€144 million is to be made available over the next two years. Find out how to apply at a special SEUPB information session.

The extension to the Special Support Programme for Peace and Reconciliation was officially launched on 3 June 2005.

  1. This is a two year extension to the Peace II Programme and will last until December 2006.
  2. There will be €144 million available under this extension with the possibility of this raising another €16 million to €160 million.
  3. The extension applies to 13 measures within the Programme.

The Special European Union Programmes Body (SEUPB) are the main delivery body for the Peace II Extension. If you would like further information on the Extension and how to apply for funding, you are welcome to attend any of the Peace II Information Events at the following venues throughout June 2005.

20 June. 2pm - 4pm. Station Centre, Omagh.
21 June. 2pm - 4pm. The Hollyrood Hotel, Bundoran.
22 June. 11am - 1pm. Corcaghan Centre, Monaghan.
23 June. 11am - 1pm. Carlingford Community Resource Centre, Dundalk.
24 June. 2pm - 4pm. The Market House, Ballynahinch.
