Invitation to tender: consultant for strategic plan

CADA NI is a network of development NGOs based in Northern Ireland working in international development, development education, strengthening of the development sector, campaigning and advocacy.

Aim of Consultancy

To strengthen the work of CADA through a process of consultation, reflection and strategic planning, involving the network member organisations and key stakeholders. This process will result in the production of a new three year strategic plan, which will chart the way forward for CADA between September 2006 – August 2009.

Time scale: February – May 2006

Tenders

CADA invites submissions for this consultancy. The submission should:

1. outline previous experience in facilitating strategic planning process and producing strategic plans
2. include a work timetable and an estimated number of hours required to complete the work
3. include an itemised budget for the completion of the work.
