Bill McCluggage, Head of the eGovernment Unit, told the audience that Community NI passed his website "cup of tea test". He challenged us all to take the test - make a cuppa and if by the time you have finish it, you have found what you were searching for, then consider it a good website.

Celebrate, she said, for today is a milestone, take stock, enjoy, and anticipate the future - the internet is here to stay. She went on to explain that there will be obstacles, but to persevere.
