Rory McConnell from McConnell Martin which is managing the offer, said "This is superb opportunity for a charity to take temporary premises for Christmas trading in a truly prime pitch in Belfast city centre. The unit is offered totally rent free and we expect, as a charity, the successful applicant will also be exempt from paying Rates. Needless to say in the spirit of Christmas both we and our clients' solicitor, Cleaver Fulton Rankin, are working pro bono!"
