Although only advertised on 22 November the scheme closes on 15 December 2005. The is the latest government source to give very short notice on grant schemes to the voluntary and community sector.
The Northern Health and Social Services Board, Local Health and Social Care Groups and the Northern Investing for Health Partnership have identified a limited amount of funding to support voluntary and community organisations develop and provide services to promote the health and social well-being of their resident population.
In particular proposals are welcome which:
The Northern Investing in Health Partnership would particularly welcome applications that prevent home accidents.
