In 1992 Quentin Tarantino turned Hollywood on its ear with his explosive first feature, Reservoir Dogs. Now, for the first time in Belfast, ‘Theatre Knights’ are turning Reservoir Dogs on its ear by performing Tarantino’s original script with an entirely female cast, in aid of the Belfast Rape Crisis Centre.

"One of theatre-land's most talked-about events of the year" - Sunday Life

Reservoir Cats is an all-female stage adaptation of Quentin Tarantino’s Reservoir Dogs, being performed at The Black Box, Belfast until 16 May 2008 by ‘Theatre Knights.’ All takings from the door will be donated to the Belfast Rape Crisis Centre.

'Theatre Knights' is a small, self-funded group that has been going since January 2006. After the success of its production of The Vagina Monologues last June, it is excited to rise to the challenge of being the first theatre company to bring this well known production to the stages of Belfast in all its glory, with a significant twist.

Reservoir Cats will be their sixth production to date and the group is going from strength to strength with plans for a staging of Geoff Gatt’s musical ‘Hippos In The Shower’ at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year.

There will be a post show discussion on Thursday 15 May.
