See Belfast from a new angle

Belfast is buzzing right now and you could be too if you take part in The Cedar Foundation’s latest challenge. It is the first charity in Northern Ireland to organise an abseil down one of the City Centre’s newest buildings, the Invest NI Headquarters, in Bedford Street, on Saturday 20 September.

Genevieve Ennis gets ready to abseil

Genevieve Ennis gets ready to be the first person to abseil off the top of the Invest NI Headquarters in Belfast on 20September for local disability charity The Cedar Foundation.

It’s all for a worthy cause - raising funds for disabled people of all ages across Northern Ireland. All you need to do is pay £15 deposit and raise £85 in sponsorship.

The Cedar Foundation works with over 1,400 disabled people throughout the year, providing many services to make sure that they are fully included in their communities, from confidence training to social skills, to providing state-of-the-art flats so that disabled people can lead independent lives.

The only way that we can continue to do this is by fundraising. The Cedar Foundation needs your help, so please contact us to find out more information about this new and exciting event.

The Cedar Foundation puts disabled people first, so be one of the first to abseil down the Invest NI building on Saturday 20 September 2008.
