The Chairman

Salary: NJC Scale PO4/PO5 £33,445 - £38,581
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Criteria

It is essential that applicants have:

• Minimum of three years experience in a senior management position within a voluntary sector organisation or within an organisation that is closely allied to the voluntary sector
• Previous experience of building, managing, motivating and leading a team
• Proven ability in networking, developing and maintaining networks relevant to the work of C.C.S.
• Evidence of success in accessing funding opportunities
• Experience of community development issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact with people at all levels
