The SEA Project (Supported Employment in Action) is an EQUAL Development Partnership with the Northern Ireland Union of Supported Employment (NIUSE) as lead partner. As a member of the SEA Project team, based at the NICVA complex in Belfast, you will be involved in the strategic review of the practices and policies effecting people with disabilities accessing employment - making a positive impact on their lives.

Do you want to be part of this new and exciting project? If so, NIUSE wish to recruit:

PROJECT FACILITATOR (Ref: NIUSE/PF/05)
Background: Minimum of two years relevant experience (within the past five years) of working with people with disabilities or other socially disadvantaged groups.
Fixed Term to 30 June 2007 (Secondments may be considered)
Salary: £19,000 (plus travel allowance)
Full-time: 35 hours per week
