RCN (NI) is the rural regional voluntary / community organisation. It receives core funding from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development through the Rural Development Programme. RCN articulates the voice of rural communities in relation to poverty, disadvantage and equality, using a community development approach to its work. Rural Development is a growing field of work that is both dynamic and challenging; RCN is at the cutting edge of social innovation and is committed to supporting positive change in Northern Ireland.
Finance and Human Resources Manager
Salary range: £29,958 - £35,586 (NJC scale 39 - 46)
Applicants must hold a degree or equivalent third level qualification, or a recognised accountancy qualification, with three years experience at senior level in the management of finance and organisational development. Proven skills in all areas of financial management and contract management are essential as is an awareness of legal and policy issues relevant to community and voluntary organisations.
