FOLD Housing Association requires a Supervisor for the following sheltered housing scheme:
Maine FOLD, Neillsbrook, Randalstown BT41 3AT
Ref: SV/HS/41 (This post is available as either resident or non-resident)
Comprises 15 units
Hours Part time. 17.5 hours per week plus four hours domestic duties at £4.85 per hour
Salary Resident supervisor: £11,001 pro rata (per annum).
The remuneration package includes a two bedroomed, centrally heated accommodation aand generous leave entitlement and training opportunities available.
Non Resident Supervisor: £13,137 pro rata (per annum).
Generous leave entitlement and training opportunities available.
We are looking for a caring, mature person with the ability to create a supportive environment for our tenants.
The successful applicant will probably have at least one year's experience of working in a supportive housing or care environment.
